The Lone Star football team got a visit from Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott on Monday during their practice.

Prescott's arrival was a surprise to the players, who were lifting weights in the afternoon when the music suddenly stopped. Prescott then entered the weight room, blowing a whistle to get the players' attention.

The Cowboys quarterback didn't need much help getting attention, of course.

Prescott was at Lone Star on Monday to be part of an NFL Play Football and Campbell's Soup commercial. He visited with Lone Star coach Jeff Rayburn, talked with players, and also threw some passes to players on the field.

Lone Star was selected as the school for Prescott to visit, according to the NFL, in celebration of Rayburn's commitment to player health and safety, on-field success and leadership and dedication to the community.

Lone Star doesn't play a game this week and then starts district play on Friday, Sept. 28 at Little Elm.
